STERN & HAFFERL VERKEHR - THE CENTREPIECE OF A FUNCTIONING REGIONAL TRANSPORT SYSTEM
When one speaks of industrial culture, this is inevitably associated with Stern & Hafferl Verkehr, part of the Stern Group.
After all, hardly any other company has managed to merge industry and culture as seamlessly over the decades as the innovative mobility company, which has succeeded in establishing regional railways as the centrepiece of a functioning public transport system.
The Gmunden tram or the Traunseetram along the former horse-drawn railway is an essential cultural asset in the region and an important partner for tourism, events, trade, industry and the economy in the region.
MUSIC - Dieter Stemmer
As a pianist, Dieter Stemmer is a constant searcher in the field of tension between improvisation and composition, classical and modern music as well as solo musical ventures and collaboration in various bands.

Experiencing art
The Traunseetram, both an inner-city means of transport and a regional railway, connects people with cultural capital locations, history, tradition and modernity. Passengers experience sustainable art (installations) at stops and thus also experience visions of energy and mobility.
